Debbie Bacher is a senior creative producer with 28 years of experience spanning TV commercials, print, content, music videos, and global fashion events.

After earning a B.Sc. in Advertising, Marketing & Communication from New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology, she returned to Cape Town and was quickly headhunted into production by one of South Africa’s most esteemed producers. From there, her career grew to encompass large-scale campaigns across continents for leading global brands.

Debbie has produced work across New York, Los Angeles, Berlin, Lisbon, Istanbul, Mumbai, Seychelles, Mauritius, and beyond — drawn by a love of travel and cross-cultural collaboration. Her productions have featured talents like Sally Field, Ryan Reynolds, Owen Wilson, and Olympic athletes in campaigns that blend storytelling with high production value.

She’s worked across Mercedes Benz Fashion Week (NYC and Australia), produced major events for Kevin Murphy USA, and delivered campaigns for the Olympics, Audi, Reebok, Dove, BBC America, and Netflix, to name a few.

In 2015, she launched Artists & Legends — a forward-thinking creative agency designed to serve the evolving needs of advertising, brands, and production houses, offering access to distinctive visual artists and innovative creative solutions, including AI-driven production.
