BBC America - The Watch.

I had a lot of fun producing the marketing assets for BBC America for their TV series, The Watch.

Managing 4 sets simultaneously over 2 days.

We were immersed in a dystopian world, looking for the right spaces to capture all the video and print imagery. Spending time with the actors & getting to know their characters was truly a magical experience.

The BBC team also chose to work with three of the DOP’s from Artists & Legends.

Roice Nel directed & shot principle video, with Jonathan Tait on B cam. Nick Burton Moore shot the chroma key assets.

To add to the stature, the print campaign was shot by the very talented and humble Pari Dukovic. Social stills by Hayden Phipps.

New Work for Relync.

We are proud to introduce our most recent collaboration: the online commercial for new Chinese motorised scooter brand, Relync.

Artists & Legends creative talent featured heavily on the project, with both cinematographer Naude Heunis and stylist Danielle Solomon lending their respective talents.

Now Representing Cinematographer Roscoe Vercueil

Cape Town-based cinematographer Roscoe Vercueil's focus is on collaboration. He seeks out like-minded individuals with whom he can work to create cutting edge visuals and beautiful images. Roscoe has worked in the film industry for almost a decade. He has developed a keen interest in the meaning of colour and how it translates on film.

Fashion Cinematographer Roice Nel Joins Artists & Legends.

Cape Town-based Roice Nel has been a regular collaborator with South African fashion designers for the last seven years. With capability to shoot, direct and edit a project, Roice has become the go-to filmmaker in the SA fashion scene.
His experience in documentary film making gives him a unique perspective when shooting fashion films. His ability to multitask as director and editor, makes turn-around times on projects that much faster.

He has shot for GQ, Glamour, Elle, Cosmopolitan, Volkswagen, Levi’s, Fossil, Puma and H&M. Roice's breathtaking visuals capture not only the beauty of the garments, but the lifestyle and essence of the brands he works with.
