A short film from director Allie Yonick, soundtracked by Lou Doillon’s “Brother”, explores the important ties that connect IY’s community. The vivid colours and warm light of the South African sun highlight children playing, holding hands, and laughing as Doillon sings softly in the background.
Cape Town-based cinematographer Roscoe Vercueil's focus is on collaboration. He seeks out like-minded individuals with whom he can work to create cutting edge visuals and beautiful images. Roscoe has worked in the film industry for almost a decade. He has developed a keen interest in the meaning of colour and how it translates on film.
Vastly experienced, he is comfortable in shooting all types of content: from creative music videos to managing large teams for long periods of time on feature films.

Our producer Debbie Bacher is currently producing another musically orientated project in Johannesburg. The commercial includes an original score by Sketchy Bongo, Shane Eagle and Babes Wodumo. Shooting downtown Joburg brought back memories of this production with Joy Denalane, who came home to walk the path of her ancestors in this beautiful documentary style music video produced by Debbie Bacher
